CONDITION FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS - DOMESTIC BRAZIL
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) postmarked within 15 days of the original purchase date from receipt for either a refund or an online store credit. Returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for exchange and store credit only.
Sale items and orders beyond 30 days of the original purchase date are non-returnable.
All exchanges or refund orders, must be notified via email (email@example.com) within 15 days of the original purchase date, please make sure to writing on email subject: EXCHANGE or RETURN
Returns/exchanges without prior notification going to be reshipping immediately to the costumer.
After receiving approval for your return, please package your suit securely and send it back to the provided address, along with your original receipt. We would also recommend using a service that provides you with a tracking number to ensure your exchange does not get lost in transit. We do not accept COD, so please make sure your package is prepaid. Outbound shipping on exchanges is free of charge.
Please note that SAL is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include in printed email and we will contact you to confirm availability & price.
Additionally, SAL is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with the tags still attached and hygienic liners in place. Please allow two weeks from the time you mail your order for you return or exchange to be processed.

To be refunded or returned the item you are requesting must be in resellable conditions to be eligible.
Once the returned item is received and approval we will refund you the cost of the item in the form or original payment, excluding any shipping costs.
Please allow 14 business days for returns to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL SALES POLICY
Due to high shipping costs, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on International orders. All orders ship via USPS Priority or USPS First Class International service, depending on size and weight. Although a tracking number will be issued for your order, please note that USPS does not provide trackable shipping information for these levels of service. As noted above, we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, so unless you received the wrong product, or your suit is defective, all international sales are final.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND OTHERS FEES
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
